Rodney Bethea joins HausCo as an Account Executive for our Paid Media Practice. Alongside battling Meta ad manager, they are tasked with campaign management, supportinging the copywriting team, and executing paid social strategies. This work is important to Rodney because of their passion for storytelling and executing projects that shed light on pressing issues within multicultural and intersectional communities.
After graduating in the middle of the pandemic, Rodney moved home to where they were born and raised (Cincinnati, Ohio) and hunkered down to establish themself as a true advertising creative by tackling freelance gigs, open brief competitions, and participating in a mentorship program at Google’s Creative Lab. They deepened their expertise at Publicis Media and Omnicom Group by working on paid programmatic/social digital activation teams across brands, including Best Buy, Noosa Yoghurt, and Rao’s Homemade.
Outside of work, you’ll find Rodney at your local thrift store clearance bin, frantically refreshing Ticketmaster for concert tickets, or signing up for random dance classes. More often than not, they’ll be at the beach, vibing.
They graduated from Lake Forest College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Spanish and a concentration in Sociology.
