Bringing heart and hustle in 2022

We broke foodstagram with drag queens (and Dolly Parton). We’ve been fighting for the right to make choices over our own bodies and whom we love. We’re helping iconic brands partner with educators teach about genocide and injustice. We’re even on a mission to help hotdogs take a bite out of climate change.

And most recently, a couple of our campaigns landed badass industry accolades from two major competitions: the American Business Awards and the PRSA Skyline Awards. Our motley crew of (aspiring) comms icons and digital legends at H/Co have not just been surviving, but thriving-- and we’re so proud of our work and how we’ve brought heart and hustle to every client and campaign.

This year, we found and partnered with local influencers that allowed Choose Chicago to drive awareness to some of Chicago’s most culturally vibrant neighborhoods and businesses. This neighborhood tourism campaign earned a gold Stevie Award by the American Business Awards and received an “Award of Excellence for Best Influencer Marketing” for the PRSA Skyline Awards.

Our complete overhaul of the LSC’s credit union service identity into the brandspanking new Envisant rebrand won a silver Stevie Award in the Rebranding/Brand Renovation of the Year category in the American Business competition and was recognized with an “Award of Excellence for Product Brand Development” for the PRSA Skyline Awards. Our LSC/Envisant rebrand brought clarity, creativity, and awareness to a longtime leader in a cluttered financial services space.

We certainly don’t do this work for the accolades and trophies. While recognition is nice (and we do really like awards, TBH), we’re proud because we’re able to make life a little brighter and better for folks; whether that’s in the form of smiling clients, a new yummy IG series, or seeing advocates transform into activists. We adore strutting our 15-person-strong stuff alongside some of the biggest-name Chicago agencies.
