ABOUT YOU

We are adding a team member to support our digital content strategy and paid media efforts across a diverse set of clients. The Account Coordinator will support the team across multiple disciplines – duties will include writing short-form content, project management, content management, and executing/managing/optimizing/reporting on paid media campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Paid Media:
  • Assist in the day-to-day work of creating, managing, and optimizing paid social ad campaigns. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to building ads and optimizing campaigns to meet client goals.
  • Ability to write short-form copy for social, website and emails. 
  • Collaborate with team on managing social media activities, including identifying relevant content opportunities for the client and managing content calendars.
Project Management:
  • Ensure campaigns are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Assist us in streamlining projects, including setting up meetings, taking and organizing notes and tracking next steps for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Research & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with team to deliver reports on content performance, paid media metrics, and develop content recommendations based on performance
  • Extract insights from digital campaign reports to aid in crafting recommendations to the client

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of hands-on digital/social media project work for advocacy clients and/or B2C
  • Technical Requirements: Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Twitter Ads and Analytics, Google products, experience working with 3rd party social listening tools and analytics 
  • Certifications in social platforms (Twitter flight school, Facebook Blueprint, Google Adwords) or willingness to obtain is highly preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to see a problem and propose a solution
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where deadlines and priorities change often
  • Excellent attention to detail (punctuation, grammar, tone of voice)
  • Personal interest in current events, social media technology trends, food and/or pop culture
  • Strong team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Capable of bringing a lens of inclusivity to your work, and to interactions with clients and colleagues
